A great place for the hubs and I to wind down with a chilled beer in hand. We are so excited to be back at Big D's again. This place feels like home sweet home and the food definitely hit the spot. This BBQ is the real deal. Great bark, nice smoke ring and a definite trip down flavor lane! My favorite are the burnt ends and bacon-wrapped jalapeños; however, all the meats are great. I give the meats a definite 5, and the sides a 4. Worth the drive, and good sized portions, though not cheap.
Not too crowded. After lunch? 1:10pm. Lots of meat on a BBQ SANDWICH × 2 SIDES. Bbq has gone up in prices all over...so you know that every place is higher than they used to be.Friendly staff and quick service.
