We stopped in after a baseball game in Waxahachie to feed our hungry ball player and family. We were sat some what quickly but never greeted by a waiter. After 15 minutes, I approached the hostess who sat us. She assured me that she would send a server over. I requested a manager as well. We then had both a waiter and a manager visit the table. Both were amazing! Food was great and quick. We will definitely come back.
Serenity is obviously the best server/bartender on the planet. She definitely deserves a raise and stock options. Y'all should go ahead and make her CEO in my wholly unbiased opinion.
We had a party of 5 today & the manager Steven greeted us as we walked in. He sat us immediately and got us some waters because our server Neysa was taking care of another table at the time. When I say we had a great experience here with our server and the atmosphere of the store with music on…me and the kids were so welcomed. Steven saw it was my daughter’s birthday and gave her a dessert on him. We didn’t even ask. So, I wanted people to know if they come Neysa should...
