Café Mansfield

On 8/28/25 I brought my wife to Mansfield Methodist for an infection, and from the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed. We waited less than five minutes before being called and were in a room within 20 minutes. That’s when we met Linh V., who was absolutely wonderful. From the minute I entered through the emergency room, I received prompt, professional and attentive care.I especially want to mention Kim, my e.r. nurse who cared for me for the 2 hours I was in the e.r. While in the e.r., I missed the window for ordering lunch. Kim had sandwich sent to my room once I was settled in.

I’ve never seen a more caring group of people. While waiting on my husband to come out of surgery I took a break from my phone and looked around. The ladies at the front desk were checking in on families. Colors and coloring pages were given to kids to keep them busy. More importantly employees in different colored scrubs all had smiles on their faces. It gave me great comfort knowing my husband was in capable loving hands.
