Okay I am officially going to have to give up on this chipotle. My food is never right, they take my money from the app yet never have chips or guacamole, and the wait is ridiculous. Todays wait was 66 mins and I was unable to get out and walk in because I have my newborn in the car. What should have been a 5 minute jaunt to grab dinner turned into a screaming baby tired of sitting in the line. It took them over an hour to give 7 cars their food. They have really got to get it together. This is now the second time I have come and they do not have chips. They were out of steak...30 minute wait if you wanted that. Mr. Pibb was out and they had no straws. By now they should have systems down. I don't even order online anymore. They need lots of work.
