This place has the best pho I’ve ever had - always clean, flavorful and satisfying. I’m also a huge fan of their lemongrass tofu. The resultant is quiet most of the time, service is decent and I find myself constantly craving their pho and coming back for more.

I ordered pho, and I could immediately tell they used real bone broth. I tested it by letting some cool, and sure enough, the fat solidified on top. Their fish sauce wings are also incredibly delicious!

Four Sisters used to be open in Fort Worth, and while their new location is a bit further out, the food is as good as ever. I typically go for the lemongrass tofu and then adjust the fried rice to swap the sausage for even more tofu, which makes it vegan. The new location isn't quite as cute inside as the old one, it's a bit more of a suburban vibe/strip mall. The old location used to have some great cocktails, so I am looking forward to them adding them once they get...
