In a world that customer service is hard to come by she is a constant kind and helpful employee. My husband usually is the one to pick up food and absolutely loves her and says the food even tastes better when she is working. I don't know about you but I will drive the distance to receive world class customer service. Today I received just that at Golden Chick on Turner Warnell in Mansfield. The food was fresh and really good but what stood out to me was the staff. They went the extra mile to connect with us as people and not just a number waiting in line. If you are in the mood for Golden Chick this is the location to visit! The Gold Standard at Golden Chick!

This location ALWAYS takes the LONGEST for the food! They always make you park outside drive thru line and wait over 20-30+ mins. Not sure how this place has a 4.0 rating, should be a 2 Max. I hope they get it together soon!!

If I could give zero I would. Waited 35 min for food all for them to tell me they don’t have anything I needed. Manager comes out sounds like he was drunk saying he was in meeting and he can refund and take the food. This is by far my worse experience here ever

Everything is good normally they just need to tighten up on that dirty rice. It's too soft at times mushy. But the chicken is nice all the time especially well done can't complain about that. And that tea and lemonade is spectacular! And an Arnold Palmer is delicious!😋
