I had a terrible experience at Helados this evening. I waited in the Drive-Thru line for over 2 hours. I know that’s quit ridiculous but I was trying my best to be patient. I know that y’all are unstaffed but for me to wait in Drive-Thru and not be spoken to the whole entire time is horrible customer service. I watched people come and go inside and come out with their orders. I also watched about 15 or more vehicles drive off from Drive- Thru because they no longer wanted...read full review
This place has all the Mexican treats you love. Churros, agua frescas, ice cream, mangonadas, and lots more. They have board games to play, the staff is very sweet and helpful. The popsicles are delicious! Glad we found this place because I like supporting small family businesses. Great alternative to chain fast food 🫶
