IHOP has made major improvements over the years. Despite a funky smell, the servers were awesome and made the dining experience pleasant. The food was pretty good, with a delightful taste. Devin, a server at this location, stood out with his unique enthusiasm and made the visit truly special. Highly recommended for a spirit-lifting dining experience, especially with Devin as the server.
