Itadaki Ramen - Yakitori & Izakaya is a frequented spot for many. The food is amazing, and the service is great. The ramen is excellent and tastes incredibly authentic, hitting the spot every time. The shoyu ramen is fantastic, and the R2 with spicy miso has a flavorful broth. The seafood ramen is yummy and filling, and the Nigori Chicken Ramen is tender with excellent toppings. The takoyaki is delicious and amazing, and the veggie gyoza is the best app. The creamy egg is still runny as it should be for ramen, and the boiled egg is the best ever, still creamy in texture. The nigiri miso pork has broth so good a straw could be used. The katsu bento box is also loved. Prices are really reasonable for the quality, especially during lunch specials. The atmosphere is calm and elevated. The staff is wonderful, super sweet, kind, and attentive. The only heads-up is the parking lot can be a headache when busy, but it is worth circling around.
