Las Palmas is one of my favorite Mansfield Mexican restaurants. From their sweet tea, thin chips and zesty salsa, to their great entrées and picture perfect desserts, Las Palmas scores big with this Texan. This night I had their Camarones Mexico. Large shrimp cooked with jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, and ranchero sauce served with rice and refried beans. It is my go-to dish when I want an explosion of flavor dancing across my tongue. I don't leave more than a grain of rice...

Great service and delicious food. I really, really liked the shrimp cocktail. Wish it had a bit more avocado, but it was very tasty. Got the shrimp fajitas and those were grilled to perfection. Next time I plan on trying the steak fajitas and can provide and update then. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Loved it so much we went back a 2nd time! Server/bartender Yohanah was exceptional! Very attentive! Food served fast and hot! Hubby had Tacos al Carbon and I had the Pollo con Championes served on sizzling plate. It was nice and hot. We went during Happy hour and hubby had reg frozen margarita and I had the jalapeno on the rocks margarita...so good!!! Definitely will be our go to for great Mexican food!
