I rarely make bad reviews of places because I know things happen, but waiting 40 minutes in the pick up line of an order that was pre-ordered is beyond unacceptable. It’s not a drive-thru, yet I’m pretty sure I would have been in and out of a sit down restaurant faster, and now I’m late for working because someone didn’t do their job.
