The Person Answering the drive-through was short and dismissive, The Reg Med was horrible- The were 2 small pieces of meat, and the entire lower bun was wet like that dropped it in the toilet. - 3rd bad experience NEVER GO HERE! I used to Love this place!
A few months back my order was incorrect and
(then manager) Zach was courteous on the initial phone call, and kind & accepting when I wasn’t able to pick it until a week later.
Fast forward to TONIGHT 3/25. When my food got to me (about 30 minutes after order delivery), I realized that it was incorrect. I had asked for some items to be taken off but more than my requested ones were absent. When I ask to speak with the manager, Daniel, I assumed it would be an easy fix...read full review
