This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed reviews. Many customers love the energy when they walk in and find the workers very accommodating, working with preferences and things customers want to try out. The staff knows some customers by name and chats with them, greeting everyone when they walk in. Several baristas are highlighted for exceptional customer service and attention to detail, consistently making the best lattes. One manager, Nadine, is described as amazing, noticing when a coffee wasn't correct and coming to the table to apologize and offer to fix it. She even reminded a customer about a free refill and checked in after a tough work meeting. Another manager, Antoine, is absolutely amazing and kind. The crew is described as the kindest people ever, accommodating a customer by letting them do class in the lobby.
However, other reviews state service has digressed and is no where near as friendly as it used to be. One order included a sandwich that was apparently tossed in the bag, not even in tact, and a drink with straight chunks of matcha and weird foam like consistency. That customer stated this location has lost their business.
