We ate at Twisted Root burgers. There are other restaurant options, of course. The prices are pretty fair, and the food was delicious! There are child friendly, and vegan options as well. The atmosphere is laid back, but could also make a great date night. We had dinner as a family, and we all found options we enjoyed.
Note there is not a restaurant Backyard. It is a site where there are multiple restaurants and a brewery at the location. I met my daughter there for lunchtime. It was a beautiful day. Our waiter was super nice. They were out of brisket and that is what I wanted. The pulled pork was good though.

I ate some tacos from Taqueria Ventana.
The tacos were there. I ordered 2 lengua, 1 barbacoa, and the taco of the month which was fish.
I didn't know the corn tortillas were going to be dry. I didn't take into consideration that not all restaurants double up on the tortillas...
