My husband went in and ordered a meal for take out. Several other people that ordered after him got their food and it had been around 25 mins of waiting and he still didn’t get his food. He went to the counter and asked a tall young man about his order and he walked to the back and brought out a bag with a cold burger & fries. When my husband asked about it, the employee yelled rudely to him “ I have better things to worry about!”

This Whataburger has horrible service. I never go because I know the line will be slow and my order will be wrong. I also never post a review because I know every fast food place has issues. So I decided to go tonight to give it another try. Bad idea as usual. My order was wrong and after waiting longer than normal, I finally drove off without my drinks.
