Too many mistakes, and not enough accountability.
My instinct is to call first because it can be a lot more efficient than back-and-forth But when I really think customer service is spikes my frustration, I find social media to be the best remedy. I have been a long-standing customer from the time I moved in this area and I frequently Zaxby’s on day that I don’t want cook because my kids love it.
