food was cold
Food was good and got through the drive through. Had to wait about 10 minutes in line to get the food. Everything was good other than the employee Tatums attitude, she kinda acted as if she didn’t wanna be there and felt it was inconvenience. I get we all have bad days but in customer service you have to put that smile on for at least a minute while your interacting those feeling happen away from customers.
Good service and the new brisket was delicious and savory

Although there may be occasional issues with cleaning or soda fountain errors, the staff is always nice and tries to make up for it. Overall, Panda Express is a great option for a satisfying meal.
