I agree with previous comments. I typically go here 3-4x a month. Service today was not consistent. My normal crew was not there. Discrimination was noted for the first time. Reported to manager but he seemed nonchalant. I wouldn’t recommend. I will not be returning.

We walked in and weren’t greeted — even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The lobby floor was dirty, and several tables still needed cleaning. We sat at the third booth.
The waiter, who was eating while sitting on a barstool, turned around and said, “Y’all ready to order?” My husband asked for a menu, and she replied, “I figured you were ready to order since you passed all the tables that had menus on them.”
We took a deep breath and ignored the attitude. She handed us one menu for both of us to share — we made it work. A few minutes later, she came back and asked if we were ready.
My husband ordered the Demico steak breakfast, and I got the cheesesteak hashbrown bowl. She did ask how he wanted his steak, but looked confused when he said how he wanted his eggs (which she hadn’t asked). She also didn’t ask what we wanted to drink — I had to request water myself.
When the food came, the steak was so tough it couldn’t even be cut. At that point, we just got up and left.
Very disappointing experience overall — poor service, attitude, and inedible food. We won’t be back.

First time at this location will not go back very unorganized. It was busy but common for most waffle house locations. The gentleman took our name but while waiting to be seated for more than 45 minutes we watched new customers come in place orders to go leave with their food and new customer walking in sitting themselves. At that point I had to request a manager, advise him of the situation he acted as if he was too busy to listen. Then one of the employees offered to take care of us by offering a to go order and food was ready in 10 minutes.

Jeremiah did an amazing job on our meal. I ordered the cheesesteak hash brown bowl and the steak was cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had the all star breakfast and his waffle was perfect nice and fluffy his bacon was cooked perfectly. Awesome job Jeremiah.
