Brick Vault Brewery and Barbecue offers delicious food, including sausage, mac n cheese, and green bean sides. The menu features a variety of lighter beers, including ales and lagers, as well as local craft beers that alternate. A highlight is the 2 meat plate, featuring ribs, brisket, and green chili mac and cheese, which has received praise for its quality and flavor. The patio is dog-friendly and shady, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal outdoors. Customers have noted the great prices and friendly staff, making it a delightful find in an area with few food options. The restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday, so arriving early is recommended as certain items can sell out. Many have enjoyed the brisket, ribs, and jalapeño mac n cheese, expressing that it is worth the trip. While it may not be the cheapest option, the food is considered worth every penny.
