We stumbled upon Glassy Coffee on our way back from Big Bend to Dallas. We had a WONDERFUL experience. Coffee and croissants are even better than many fancy places in Dallas and so were the burritos. We greatly enjoyed sitting in the outdoor area. Highly highly recommended!

My life has often felt like a series of “you really never know” because honestly, you really just never know unless you know, of course. But then, once you know, then you KNOW. But, before that moment of revelation and knowing, you just never know- an example is this. I never knew my go-to/favorite/this makes me happy buzzy/perfect cup of coffee beverage would come from a grocery store in the middle of the west texas desert. however, now, I know. Oh,I know. and I can’t un-know and every day i’m not drinkin that special cup o’ joe I know that i’m not. some could say this could be a blessing and a curse but give me the red pill all day long, I want to know, I need to know- and now I do. I know true love exists in an iced cortado with whatever milk or not milk i’m feeling that day and a splash of coconut water. is this how I know what god is? too soon to say, but i’ll keep drinkin this little grocery store treasure and I imagine, it’ll continue to be key to my knowing and maybe one day i’ll come back here and tell you the things I now know. but until then, you really do never know, until you know. so come know for yourself.
