From when I place the order and then gave it a minute and drove through the drive-thru the lady who greeted me was extremely kind I'm sorry I forgot her name. The atmosphere felt dull, and the service was bland. No laughter or enthusiasm coming from staff. Also, business relies to heavily on tap pay. Got told my card declined, even though chip was never used. Some people have locks on tap to avoid theft. There should be more than one option to pay. Your losing business and satisfaction.
The restaurant and the food are reliably good. But the standout was our cashier, Alea. Pleasant and efficient. Cheerful without being sickly sweet. This is exactly the young woman you want to represent your brand and restaurant.
