My go to place until today. Got a Grilled Teriyaki bowl and as I’m at eating I look down and a huge chunk of metal is imbedded in the chicken. This piece looks like something they used to tie legs together on whole freezer chicken. Staff has always been nice and store is always positive. But it takes one time for something like this to happen and just lose the trust in the food. Even being an accident.
Rushed to get order made up,got the order wrong and then didn't fix errors. Ordered duck sauce at register and got sweet and sour instead. Everyone in hurry with no line to force them to go faster.
