I only bought two sweet teas, because I was in Texas and it was HOT, but my experience was satisfactory.

1 star all around terrible management will never go here again

I’ve had really bad experiences here were food can take 15 minutes but for the most part it’s fine

They have the best catfish you ever saw and it is still the best we go there 3 time a mouth.

This place is super fast and food taste good, the place is usually a little bit on the dirty side and it pisses me off that they don't have things out where you can get them, like sweet n low, napkins, whatever it is you have to wait in the food ordering line to get more of anything, would be nice if they'd just have stuff out like they do at the Chicken Express in Burnet. Personally I like the Burnet location more

Always had great experience at the restaurant. On this day, the total was different at the window than posted on the menu at the drive thru. The young lady said the prices had changed and they hadn't the the drive thru prices yet.
I paid for two fish dinners. The catfish is great. After a couple of minutes I was told my fish would take six more minutes and could I pull forward. Sure. Eleven minutes later, no fish. I called and asked after my order and the guy laughed and said it was just being boxed up. No explanation, apology, nothing.
Probably won't go back.

Another Chicken Restaurant really needs to open in this area to give this place some competition. Prices are outrageous! They even charge tax on Credit/Debit Cards, SMH ?

So, when did Chicken E start charging a fee for using credit or debit cards? Is this a per location thing? If it is being done everywhere, then Chicken E has officially lost my business.

Also, we had some of the runniest gravy ever. It was more like soup than gravy. Less water, more flour....

We drive from Burnet to Chicken Express in Marble. The food is always cooked to perfection, hot and even exceeds the amount you order. The order is always correct. Service is respectful and polite. We ordered today and it was great as usual! Thank You Chicken Express Marble Falls for still providing excellent food and service to our county.
