The food was good, but the sandwich wasn't cut all the way in half, which made eating and driving a bit messy (if you do that sort of thing). No napkins??? Why is this a thing in a drive-thru? The Jalapeno chips weren't as zazzy as in the past. I will definitely go again, but I'm hoping for the 'good ole flaves'!
EDIT: I did receive a phone call from the GM and he made it right by refunding one of the orders. Thank you for that! We were having a fundraiser for Meals on Wheels, and I had some folks with food allergies. So, I thought....We will let those folks order salads from Schlotzsky's. This would be easy! I placed the order two days before and had a volunteer arrive at 11.15 for pick up with the receipt and confirmation of the order. No order had come through, so she ordered more salads...read full review

Their pizza is so good. I had no idea. It tasted just like their sandwich bread. We also got the pizza buy one get one free. I didn't realize they do this every Wednesday. This place was so clean and nice to eat at with my family. I do wish they had the fancy drink dispensers that most of these restaurants have.
