We ordered a lot of food, including 3 salsas 2 guacamoles and 1 queso, they sent no chips. NONE!
They didn’t care, said there was nothing they would do about it.
They lied about a manager not being there.
Won’t be ordering again.

Haven’t visited a Chili’s in 15 years. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and cocktails and the ambience - outside dining facing the river. Great service and great atmosphere. Chilli’s prices are always reasonable.

Was in Chili’s last Sunday people just standing around no productivity whatsoever when the hostess finally waited on to us after waiting about 15 minutes as they walk by and looked at us as if say that’s not my job my husband made a comment are you sure you got time for us he told us he’s fixing his equipment I asked what do you use that for he said for telling the waiter working the section that I sat somebody there so there was communication between the waiter and the hostess we get seated and we’re totally ignored. We talk to the person in charge and he was all apologetic. Oh yes sir yes ma’am will take care of you he said I’ll take care of your appetizer so my husband said salsa and chips. The chips were loaded with Salt, it was obvious what they did still no service. We finally got up and walked out. I will never go back to the Marble Falls chili ever again. And I told myself I will definitely go on their website and make my comment As we were sitting there, patiently I mean patiently because we didn’t want to give them any excuse for not waiting on us, we notice our surroundings, how dirty and unkept the restaurant was.

This evening couldn’t have been better. Genesis gave us over the top great service. A gentleman also checked to see how things were. We had a little issue about one of the plates containing onions. Genesis, with the approval of the manager corrected it immediately . Just can’t give enough thumbs up.

Hostess was great. Wait staff was terrible. About eight of us went to sit in the bar section for drinks and she turned us away. Side note: do not call your customers “honey” “baby”, we don’t like it.
