Ordered the Turf and Surf Ribeye medium rare. The first steak was well done and was about as thick as the small shrimp.
Spoke to the Manager Adolf or Adolfo and he tried to make it better, but the 2nd steak was seared on both sides and raw in the middle.
Besides the steak being raw, the shrimp smelled like they were spoiled. Something about the shrimp smelled off and did not seem edible.

Honesty im giving a 5 star just because they blew my mind with their excellent customer service. Waiter constantly checked on us with a smile and very patient. I did have an issue with my wings and they recorded me a new batch which i thought was just excellent, they address my concerns with empathy and quickness .

System failures, lack of communication with staff, nothing ordered to eat arrived as requested. I ordered a medium-rare cut and it arrived overcooked, and in general all the food was super salty.

Everything was great! Went in at a good time, no waiting! We set outside weather was great! If I can only suggest to place some Fly Zappers outside because once in awhile there were some flies buzzing around! I know sometimes we can't fight mother nature. Other than that, no other complaints!

Gorgeous Chili’s!! Perfect place to go for dinner at the end of the day, and watch the sunset on the patio. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow! Our server, Nixon, was so helpful and attended to our every need. The staff here were very welcoming and friendly.

So i really stop by here to get my free dessert for my birthday Chili’s emailed me before it expired tomorrow. The atmosphere is amazing with a beautiful lakeside view. It’s my first time visiting Marble Falls, Tx and it’s definitely “Like no place else”.

$4 for an Arnold Palmer. Wow. $10 for a titos punch, come on people This is how you keep customers away I shared my ribs with my wife and she got a salad and the bill was still almost $60. Never again
Due to water boiling issues we weren't allowed to sit at the bar for a beer, when there was room for 4, while waiting on 16 more for our party. Host was not as pleasant as could have been in these circumstances. We left and took our business where we were appreciated. Smart move on our part.

Came all the way from San Antonio and got here at 9:00 pm and they said they would close at 10:30 pm just for them to be closed when we get here. Just wasted an hour and 30mins of my life and waste of gas.

Terrible service. Our waitress was very rude and condescending towards our party. Food came out late and out of order. Our waitress was unprofessional and told us this isn’t a McDonald’s and not to expect fast service, gave us unwarranted advice about children, and when we asked for napkins she said “if I could find some”, which took 20 minutes for her to come back and give us them. She continually gave us attitude throughout the service and was consistently unprofessional. Thank you to the Manager for visiting but this was by far worst service I have ever experienced. Everybody else was friendly except this particular server. Hope she has better days ahead of her, but it was unacceptable service.

We waited for an hour and a half and the server was rude and had an attitude. And out of rib, every thing made of potato and asparagus then had the audacity to give us store bought chips instead of the normal chili chips 1/10 do not recommend worst chilis ever service was terrible
