I ordered a hand tossed pizza last week with extra cheese and extra pepperoni,with black olives..I can honestly say,it was the worst pizza I have ever gotten from Dominos in over 40 years of being a customer..Pizza was dry and looked like the cheese was dried up and kinda looked as if it sat for quite a while before being delivered..Kinda like it was a old order that sat for an hour or 2 ,that was reheated and delivered to me..Worst pizza EVER.I will NEVER order another pizza from Dominos.They have lost my business forever..Watch what you eat people.Cook at home.

Will the one in Burnet has no customer service does not respect the customer doesn't care about the customer's needs and doesn't care if the customer ever comes back again exact words from the manager's mouth I said I never buy a pizza there again he said he didn't care the only way you can use a coupon is if you go online and they said my email is isn't right and so I can't do that and it's only email I've ever had so I know it's right but they don't care if you want to punish the people that pay cash and drive in to hell with them their Pizza is barely worth the discount price little alone there is no customer service and they don't care about the customers whether they live die or come back or not that's just the way of the world now it seems like

Went in to pick up some pizzas yesterday, they were obviously very busy, some were handling it better than others but the nice girl who helped me out went above and beyond. She said her name was Selena, she offered me a bag for my condiments, was very friendly throughout our whole interaction, she held the door for me going out, and i overheard her encouraging her teammates as i waited for my order! Great job Selena!

The customer service doesn’t even deserve 1 star! They got my order wrong so I called and got the rudest, untrained, combative young lady I have ever spoken to! She could not get my order correct, obviously had no training on computer! When I ask for the manager, she said she was the manager???? Although I had paid for delivery and gave a 20% tip, she kept saying we had to bring the pizza to the store because she couldnt give me a free pizza???? theres not enough room on here to tell you the full story! i ask for her name 3-4 times and she wouldnt give it to me!
