I’ve been to this KFC a few times and (knock on wood) it’s been delicious every single time. The staff has been super friendly, and I’ve been happy every time!

The absolute worst service ever. I was told to drive around to the front and waited 20 minutes for my food. The staff kept roaming around the parking lot aimlessly asking customers what they had ordered and bringing them the wrong orders including myself.

On the restaurant window there is a sign to text 25899 for deals. Sounds great until you try to redeem a deal. You then get harassed by the lady taking your order. She states they do not take those deals. The manager is very nice when she allows you to speak with him. I finally got fed up today. Threw my lunch in the trash and I will never enter That KFC AGAIN.
General manager and other Managers were rude and didn’t make the order I placed online because “it was dead” so they turned off their fryers and stopped making food at 8pm

We ordered original chicken. It was crunchy and dry. Maybe the Orginial has changed? Regardless, it was still dry. Our sides were fine, mashed potato and gravy.

Not happy we get dry chicken a lot of the times mixed in with fresh cooked , they don't change ther chicken, like they should, marble falls is the only place i have experience this , I don't go there if I can help it and if I do i always ask how fresh it is!!!!

You know I loved KFC when I was a kid growing up maybe about 2-3 years ago I stopped in and got some chicken they changed the recipe they say they didn't but are taste buds say they did I guess that Secret Safe they had the recipe in got lost or they forgot the combination who knows??
