Bruh I waited for 10 minutes, this ain’t even a tender.
The last few times I have been have been pretty bad. Ive had food missing from my order twice. The food has been overcooked and chewy, tasting like old oil. I'm also not at all impressed with the new employees they have working there.

The food is good but i have a couple of problems. About a year or so ago it was around $6.50 for KFC bowl and it came with a big drink. Now it is $7.60 and there is no cookie, the drink is smaller, and the portion of the bowl is smaller. Lose food and charge more for it.

I was the only person in line at 12:02, ordered 4 famous bowls, was asked to pull to the front to get my food so I didn't mess up their delivery stats as my order was on a timer. The female clerk slammed the windows shut when I mentioned I was the only person in line.
Went through earlier got a spicy chicken sandwich when asked if I wanted anything else I said yeah sure just a large ice water please since I had been outside working today it sounded the best I was responded to with a “we have bottled water I said no thanks I like ice water was then told they can’t do large ice waters I was like why not a lady before had given me one the response was appalling the guy said “she should be fired” over ICE WATER! Seriously! So yeah guess what I’m trying to say is they would rather fire employees than give paying customers a decent sized ice water! Needless to say I won’t be returning ever to that location or ANY KFC if that employee represents the company stance on that. Y’all can take this information however y’all want I just thought I’d let it be known thanks and have a great day

Ordered 3, 2pc combos, tender combo, was told to wait in front cause the tenders needed to be made. 2 cars behind us were told to wait up front they got their food before us. We waited 30min, Come to find out our order was given to someone else.. we get home and our tenders and chicken is soggy and cold, we only live 6min away. Our drinks were watered down from waiting so long.Didn't even get an apology for their mistake.Our bill was 42.26.When you wait 30min the food should be fresh and hot.

Horrible customer service at the drive thru. The girl running the drive thru is an idiot. And needs to slow TF down. And maybe she wouldn't make so many mistakes. I ordered the L2! And she didn't give me my side. Then wants to argue with me that she didn't charge me a meal. She's an idiot. Maybe I wanted the damn meal that's why I said L2! If I wanted just two pieces of chicken, I would have said that. Then she didn't even ask if I wanted the side anyway. She didn't even give me my receipt. I'm sure that was by design, so I couldn't complain online. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. | |

The chicken was very bad, greasy and stale. None of the cooks behind the line were wearing their gloves and they would freely wipe their hands on dirty aprons.We got the Bucket of chicken and it made us all feel ill.
