I've often stopped at the Loredo Taco Company near Marble Falls, Texas and they are out of or not serving anything. It's strange because they have food advertisements on the gas pumps and windows.

I asked for crisp bacon on my taco. It was barely cooked ans some of the potatoes were still frozen
I've always gotten great tacos here but not today. One bad however most were great from Previous visits. Everyone at sometime have a bad day.
Ordered using door dash and the driver showed up and the employee was asleep behind the counter. So I cancelled my order.
They are to slow ,

Best tacos around...
Friendly staff, quick service.
I was expecting at least an average breakfast taco. I ordered 2 but could only force down one, it was so dry and cold. No flavor. I returned the uneaten one so that maybe the folks would improve their food quality.
The folks at the location were nice which kind of made up for the poor food experience
Love it

Absolutely disgusting... egg and bacon taco? From a taco company? You would think you would be able to pull this off...
My 11yr nephew could do better... driest taco in my life.. here's a free tip... you can't make eggs "ahead of time"... Holy cow, it was soooo bad... even the tortilla was way to thick and tasted like paper...
Shut this place down or train someone.... like I personally am not a cook and can make a breakfast taco... I see alot of reviews seeming pointing out the lack of employees... maybe try paying someone to care about their job?
You get what you pay for... well most of the time, anyway... sometimes for pay for tacos from a taco company and get a bag of trash...
For starters, I was in line behind a gentleman who looked like he was standing there for a few minutes already. The lady behind the counter was filling out her temp book and was making us wait. After about 2 minutes of me in line, The man ordered 2 cups of food, I ordered 2 chorizo egg and cheese tacos. She was fast serving but the kicker was when I opened my tacos...1. Eggs were cold, chewy, and hard as if they were sitting for awhile.2. Cheese not melted. Letting me know the eggs were cold.3. Tortillas were cold, hard, and not fresh. it was at a cracker consistency.4. Eggs were bland, no flavor.I ate 1 because I am hungry and at work but lost my appetite with the other. All around just not good breakfast tacos. I've worked Laredo tacos in Burnet years ago, i understand the stuggle and stress, but never had tacos go out like that.I'm sorry to the lady because she might be working only because it's the only thing working around her schedule. But your losing money on improper training, and I know this because of all the sales on food that's going out. The food might be terrible but it's being consumed because it's not out of the way and it's somewhat cheap.Bad pitch for a taco company. Please do better... there's potential.

We felt for the lady "filling in". Breakfast tacos were okay. But without Pico and fresh salsas? Just not the same. Couldn't have asked for a better (uplifting) staff, so we thank them very much!

The food is decent for food served at a convenience store. Not something I wouldn't necessarily seek out, but it works in a pitch.
