We visited Fredericksburg from Fort Worth, on our way back home we passed through Marble Falls in the morning and was craving for some good burritos (I'm from J-town) and found Pablitos, we gave it a try and they were fantastic, just like home... Burritos de carne asada, red pork, chicharron... delicious You have to visit them!!
Stopped here while driving through MF. Great breakfast burritos! Freshly made tortillas are soft and fluffy. I had one and it was so good I ordered another. This reminds me of the small family places I ate at while growing up in a small town.
This is a tiny hole in the wall. It's so worth the time. They make the tortillas by hand. The food reminded me of El Paso with a Chihuahua influence. There are only 6 or so tables and the staff is very attentive.
