It took me some time and three visits to settle on a 3 star rating.Yes - the establishment is convenient to exiting shoppers, but not much else is convenient or comfortable in the open design BBQ restaurant.The service is through a kiosk (Yay future where corporations pass MORE work onto the customers!)Upon completion of one's order it is passed through a window like the automat in Dark City.And that is pretty much it, although they magically changed my 3 meat plate to a 2 meat...read full review
I ordered a full slab of ribs for me and my husband to share. It must be true that everything’s bigger in Texas cause we received an enormous amount of meat! There was plenty for a second meal for us. The seasoning was perfect and the ribs perfectly cooked.

This was my 1st time to try True Texas BBQ, and I will definitely be coming back over and over again. We ordered the fatty meat and chopped beef sandwich. Everything was delicious, got our food quickly, and you can’t beat that price for great BBQ!
