This afternoon, I came to this restaurant for dinner. The service attitude was indifferent. I found a fly in the water. I called the waiter over. He directly poured out the water and apologized to me. The service attitude was very poor. It made me feel sick and vomiting.?

Used to be damn good, now it's just good. They're trying really hard to show off their Texan, so is the entire area really. It's a bit much. Playlist was great though.

We came here a few weeks ago for some Pho. It was pretty good so we decided to try some of the other dishes. The first time we came the Pho was good but this most recent time, the other dishes were tried were "okay" at best. We ordered the house egg rolls. When we got home, and we only live a few minutes away, they were almost cold. They actually tasted as if they had been sitting under a heating lamp, but definitely not fresh. I asked the person handing me the food if they had any hot mustard. The reaction on his face told me he has been asked this many time before, but they didn't and only offered me siracha in a packet. Seems if they can have siracha, hot mustard wouldn't be that hard to get in packets.
We also ordered the Chicken Fried Rice. It was supposed to come with carrots and peas; there were some very think julienne carrots but no peas. Not even one. I don't know what chicken they use, but it's flavorless and the rice is basically plain tasting.
We tried the Lo-mein with chicken and Pad Thai with Chicken. They use a flat noodle and not a traditional lo-mein noodle. It came with the vegetables (broccoli, peppers, bok choy and mushrooms. They advertise "whole green peas" but there were none. There might have been two or three pieces of bok choy and we only saw one piece of mushroom. The other veggies were saturated from sauce.
The Pad Thai wasn't a lot better and in both dishes, it's the same chicken as the fried rice. Just very bland and chewy tasting. Not very fresh chicken.
If this rating was based upon the other food, I would have given two starts, but the Pho was okay.
Staff is impersonal all business. Not a welcoming atmosphere or personal. When at counter for pickup & no one behind bar they (other staff) ignore you instead of going in back to get someone.
Hate tipping on takeout they don't offer chopsticks, condiments. People go there for food only.
