I went through the drive through and a couple of things were left out if the order. As soon as I noticed, I drove back. I had no issues going back through the drive through and getting my order corrected. I didn’t get the name of the girl that helped me but she was much appreciated

The manager was nice took my order very nice guy. The online order they failed to give me my drink left out my chips and cheese. A the guy in the glasses and hat rude as all get out. To make things worse I am employed in fast food possibly a manager with the company.

Customer service has gone out the window! They are only concerned about their drive-through bonuses. If you have a mobile order or you want to dine in, good luck! They will absolutely ignore you and give you bad attitude because they only want to focus on drive-through. There is no need to be so incredibly rude to your customers! I was standing at the sign that says mobile pick up and the guy actually yelled at me like a dog and said SIT! while pointing to a bench. I said no thanks and he said well it ain’t gonna make your order get prepared any faster! I’m not about to lose my bonus, we have to do the drive-through first, they’re timed! Like actually yelling at me! I abandoned my order that I paid for. What a horrible horrible place! Fire all of them and replace them with decent people. If finding staff is too difficult, maybe pay more? Also, you should see the way they treat those poor Doordash drivers! It’s despicable!

This taco bell ( in marble falls tx ) was actually pretty good very friendly. We stopped at the one in Burnet tx workers were rude attitudes from hell.. no cashier only stuiped computers . Employees were sitting down talking acting like fools .. .. Marble Falls tx YES Burnet F-

Lady at the drive thru window was weird. Not really her fault I guess but I still didn't like it. Doesn't give me a receipt nor the freeze I paid for. Didn't notice until halfway home. Went back to store to retrieve my freeze, finally get home, and see they also didnt give me my fiesta potatoes. What is wrong with these people?

Haven't eaten here in some time but I wanted to try the new Cantina Chicken Tacos. Worst decision ever. Got home to find that both tacos only had 2 bite size pieces of chicken in them with a little bit of cheese and sauce. I also got the meal and asked for Pepsi and instead I got a watered down Dr. Pepper. I guess all the good employees left this place to go work at Chick-Fil-A cause this place is a joke. Spend your money somewhere else because you will get ripped off here.
