We had a great time for Easter at Flat Creek Winery! It was a pretty drive out there and a neat atmosphere once at the winery. The kids enjoyed the egg hunt and we all enjoyed dinner by the fire at the bistro! Thank you!

The 5 of us really enjoyed our experience at The Bistro at Flat Creek Estate. We gathered for a small baby shower with my girlfriends to shower my daughter in law with lots of love and gifts. It was the perfect setting for us. Bianca made sure we had the perfect table and a place on the side to put all the gifts. We even decorated the table and enjoyed our brunch. Our waitress was wonderful and kind. Later we shopped for jewelry next door and then sat outside at the Pavillion and enjoyed some great conversation and great music. It was a great enjoyable day and the perfect setting for us.

Flat Creek Estate graciously hosted our group of 23 for my bachelor party and our experience was nothing short of perfect. The food, the ambiance and the service were all top notch. We ordered family style for the table and loved everything (especially the pizzas and the steaks!) We cannot thank Randi and her team enough for their hospitality. Whether you are a table for 2 or 25 this place will have you covered and provide an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful experience with a wine tasting, and then a nice dinner on the patio of the bistro. The weather was beautiful, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, And the wine was wonderful.

We had an excellent time. Nori (not sure the spelling) had a great personality, explained the meals, and good sense of humor! And the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing.

Arrived on a perfect day, 82 degrees, sat outside with beautiful view and had bread and olive oil basaltic dip, perfect, The Bolognese and a meat pizza, all perfectly done. The wine was their Super Texan which was 98 points and perfect, will definitely return.

The food and wine were amazing! The staff was so knowledgeable about the wine and so sweet to move our table inside when it was a little too cold/windy on the patio. We ran into the owner while exploring the grounds and she was also very kind and welcoming (and stunning!). We enjoyed the live music after taking a walk on the property and ended up staying wayyy longer than we intended after brunch because of the great vibe and wine. It was beautiful despite being winter, I need to return when everything is in bloom!

Went here for Valentine's Day...got a tour from the head of the wine operation. He gave us a tour and was telling us about making wine in TX. We had tried several of their wines and could see how much of their heart and soul was put into making some very good wines. The 3 course meal, created by a Michelin rated chef, was one I will never forget. Service was exceptional! Owner's husband stopped by and thanked us for coming by...really nice guy! Also, spoke with the owner and saw her dog (a beautiful Great Dane). Could not ask for a better experience!

After being offered a refund and an apology, I am willing to give them another shot. I'll be ordering another cheese pizza and possibly dessert. I'll let you know how it goes. To Francisco, I couldn't read all your reply. Til then I will leave the stars in the middle for now.

We went to The Bistro at Flat Creek Estate for dinner before attending a comedy show that was in their pavilion. The place is beautiful. The food was decent. We did have a gluten free pizza as our appetizer and it was quite good. For dinner we had shrimp scampi and chicken piccata. Honestly, it was the same meal, one with shrimp, one with chicken. They were good, but the scampi definitely was a shrimp piccata.

We had the most amazing time at the Bistro! The ambiance, the amazing chef custom cuisine, the wines! It was all top notch. Best lasagne I've ever tasted. What a hidden gem here in the Lago Vista area. We will send everyone we know! Randi, our server and the entire team made our visit exceptional. The Almond Bubbly is my new obsession! Simply the Best!

I love how family friendly this is and the views are amazing. It’s a hidden gem and feels like you’re in Fredericksburg or somewhere else completely. I really appreciate their kindness towards children because it gives me a great place to go to relax.

The people here are very nice and the estate is beautiful! The food is not very good. The chicken was tough and overcooked. The burger was very boring, cold, and tasteless. Our waiter, Noe, was great!
