We found Big Bend Coffee Roasters when we were in the area for spring break in 2020, and we’ve been ordering it ever since. Cattleman’s Cup is our favorite, but we’ve tried others and they’re all great! Love our BBCR!
So many coffee roasters leave in the bitter, and the acid after taste. Dark Skies has neither. I am branching out in this line. I have tried some of the other offerings, but settled on Dark Skies several years ago.
I buy 25 lbs at a time in 5 lb bags to get free shipping, I live about 9 hours drive from Marfa so...
AND - none of the roasters in the San Antonio-Austin area can touch BBCR for flavor and quality, and there are a lot of so-called roasters around here.
