The menu simply states, "Secret Vegan Menu, Yes. " When we got to the counter we were given the choice of a pasta dish or a sandwich. We got both. The pasta was a fun shape with spinach, mint, and ground pistachio tossed in a kind of buttery vinaigrette. We devoured it, BUT THE SANDWICH was the star. I mean wowwww! We had the wedge salad, a sandwich, kids pasta, and two of their daily gelatos. It was all to die for. So glad this was the one place we decided to stop while in Marfa!
