Buns N' Roses is in the small town of Marfa. After staying the night in Marfa, I wanted to find some food in the morning. Not that the town is big or anything, but this place just happened to be half a mile from where we were staying, so it looked like a good choice.I ended up ordering breakfast tacos for the family and a breakfast burrito for myself. Came down from San Antonio, was recommended by some neighbors. Wow! This place was so good! I felt bad, only 3 ladies working the whole joint but it was def worth it. The waitress was super busy, but super friendly and welcoming. She did warn us the food could take up to 45 minutes but we said it was worth the wait, let me tell you it was! Excellent food and possibly the friendliest staff I've ever met. I've gone here specifically for Breakfast but the lunch food is amazing. I highly recommend this place to any folk who are looking for an excellent Breakfast/Lunch.
