Warning: If Kiarra is your server, make sure you check your bank statement against the receipt. My $115 charge after tip turned into a $118 charge on my card. I filled out both receipts, took a picture of them together, and left them on the table.
Yes, it's only three dollars, but changing the tip amount is immoral and wrong.

Came to Jett’s for Valentine’s Day dinner. After getting sat we waited for about 20 minutes. No one ever approached us. We were sat right next to the hosts who could clearly see we had not been helped at all for a long time and they didn’t do anything. We just got up and left.

It was a well thought menu that was limited by ingredients available. The staff was helpful and friendly.

They were super nice and made me a vegetarian dinner of multiple vegetables and rice. I appreciate the extra effort to make something that I could enjoy. My husband also had a spicy margarita that he enjoyed. It was good and spicy, just how he likes it. They also have a tv if you want to watch sports.
Vegetarian options: I asked and they made me a vegetarian dish of four vegetables and rice.

It's difficult to gauge the food, we stood at the hostess station for over eight minutes without being recognized. Not one person of the many there greeted us or offered a table. We spoke with no one and after eight minutes we left.

Confirmed reservation then decided not to respect it. Mistakes can happen, but the total inflexibility and effort to try and solve the problem isn't acceptable. This happened on new years eve and the lady who was managing the restaurant really shouldn't be in the services and hospitality business.

My suggestion is start with two rounds of drinks before ordering.... that way the unbalanced stiffness of the drinks overwhelms the over thought butchering of what is otherwise a beautifully simple menu.
Possibly it was just the off season, but, be ready to wait for a while for an underwhelming flavor in the dinner entrées. Especially given the price point, I recommend other spots until they make some improvements.

The food was not good. The chicken fried steak was super thickly breaded and fried in old oil. The burger was on a stale bun and seemed like a frozen patty. The servers were nice and the venue is a pretty, old hotel, but it really needs maintenance and a good cleaning.

It was a very nice evening - only point: the hotel was under construction. But staff and the restaurant was very good. Food was good - but for a hotel the n this category it could be better. Still - we liked it there and would come back !

This place needs a makeover and a new chef. Waitress was barely able to be heard and didn't know how the seafood dishes were prepared. I ordered the salmon, which was bland, though cooked thoroughly at least. The rice side was lukewarm and bundled into ice cream scoops, barely more than mush. The broccoli was inedible, way overcooked and brown in color. We love the Hotel Paisano but will not eat at Jetts again.

Seating was prompt and the server was polite talking about the drinks and wine. The atmosphere was really pleasant with a current rustic vibe. Part whiskey room with over sized lounge chairs and a comfortable dinning area.
After about 10 minutes our drink order was taken and then it took 15 minutes to get them. It would be understandable if the establishment was busy but there were only 4 other patrons in the restaurant. The bartender was outside taking a phone call for a chunk of this time. The waitress then took another 10-15 minutes to take our orders.
We ordered the Marfa Oasis the cocktail was pure liquor good if you want to get tipsy but it was a muddled flavor.
The food I ordered was the prime rib I'm not sure that it was. I ordered it rare/medium rare.
It came out fully charred. It was cooked in a flat top. I'll assume it was fresh out the fridge and clocked on a flat top and not slow roasted. It was also extremely chewy and not tender like expected with prime rib. The broccoli was like warm and tough and the mashed potatoes were a brick kinda like you get with over cooked boxed potatoes. Everything was coated in pepper so it all tasted the same. We also ordered a spinach strawberry feta salad that was light and refreshing and felt like the only thing that was made to order. For the cost of this restaurant I would expect higher quality of food and service. At 70$ a head I could have gotten the same subpar food at a mainstream franchise restaurant. People like myself come to these one off or mom and pop style restaurants in the country for quality food and service. This place failed on every level except for the atmosphere. In the end we had to wait another 10-15 minutes just to get our bill.

This was the worst food I've had in a long time. We came for a nice dinner and it was horrible. We waited 15 minutes just for our drinks with no one else in the place. Service was awful. Only came to check on us once. Bartender was too busy on the phone to make drinks. The ribeye (not a ribeye as stated on menu) was reheated and crusted with pepper. The broccoli was rubbery as it had been sitting forever. The mashed potatoes were gritty and so peppery you couldn't eat it. Our drinks finally showed up and they were awful. No flavor with all liquor at the bottom. Even after stiring. They had no flavor other than booze. Will never go back. Definitely not worth the price or the wait.
