By far my best experience in Marfa after being disappointed by the few things I had to look forward to. AND that's saying the worst about Marfa and the most about Margaret's. It's a well kept secret from adverts but highly recommended among locals so we took a chance based on very good advice from Cactus liquors representatives that day nearby. A decent option for Marfa but don’t expect to be blown away. The food was pretty good, but nothing was outstanding — definitely overrated based on the other reviews here. We had the olives (which were warm and not memorable), the anchovies and chips (OK), the sardine toast (best thing we ordered), spaghetti bolognese (OK), deviled eggs (disappointing), buttered Parmesan noodles for our child (fine), and key lime pie (good).
