Just soft, pillowy tortillas, grilled on a flat top until they surrender completely. The red sauce has bad intentions. It stains your fingers, finds its way onto your shirt, and has it's way with you. These burritos are built differet: a tortilla, meat, chile, heat, and so much love.“
