“An absolute delight during our brief trip to Marfa! We stopped here for breakfast/coffee both mornings. The food and drinks were excellent, as was the general atmosphere. The staff were so engaged with customers (seemingly both locals and tourists like us), and even during busy chaos were as polite and prompt as possible. My partner and I found ourselves craving their brisket kolaches and olive oil cake days later, and wishing we had that kind of well curated local coffee shop space in our town.“
“Seriously, the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time. When the menu is literally 3 things you know it’s going to be good. This place did not disappoint. Highly recommend.Parking: Not too many spots, so gotta be a bit lucky and swipe those spots when you can.Kid-friendliness: There were kids running all over the place on the patio. So I guess it’s pretty kid friendly lol“
“What a gem. Both of our toasts were delicious. I had the everything toast with an egg, my wife enjoyed the solidarity toast. Our coffees were also very good.It gets busy in here on Sunday.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian friendly or could be easily made vegetarianKid-friendliness: Kids were enjoying cinnamon toast while we ate our fancy toastsDietary restrictions: Vegan options, ingredients are clearly listed so you can avoid allergens“
“Yummy cocktails, really good pizza and wings. Cozy ambiance. Service was a little slow, but our waitress was nice. This is the most reliable restaurant for dinner in Marfa, so it’s worth waiting a bit longer for your drinks/food to come out.“
“I eat alone often. I hate it when the hostess makes you feel even weirder about it, Saturday night and all.Had the tenderloin it was fab! Wedge salad one of the best. They even had tempernillo on the wine list .. By the glass no less. All very delicious. Even had another patron send a note via server to ask if I wanted to mosey to the bar for a drink. I politely declined for the possibility of seeing the Marfa Lights. Should of stayed for the drink, no lights this night“
“Amazing beer garden with a very cool observation deck (which can get quite warm in the high elevation, late winter sun) and an eclectic crowd. This is a proper small town dive bar. Astrid was cool but efficient at the bar, and you can literally find an interesting conversation at every turn. Serve yourself peanuts in the shell are a perfect touch, and the music was excellent. This is an authentic dive bar in a town that is losing its authenticity. Good job and best wishes, Planet Marfa.“
“Had an absolutely delicious breakfast here. They do not have gluten free toast as an option but were happy to swap the toast for an avocado. So many different spots to sit, cute chairs, big tables, and outdoor seating. Have some fun trinkets, books, shirts, and local art for sale as well. Great spot in the funky town of Marfa!“
“The best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life….I’m not sure what I ordered. I asked the cashier to pick her two favorites. The homemade bread is phenomenal- the sesame seeds made it over the top. Great wine list. The chop salad was wonderful. My one regret is not trying the gelato- I was too full.It is dog friendly.“
