“Absolutely phenomenal. The steak will literally melt in your mouth. The mixed drinks are great and the appetizers have a unique flavor/spices combination. I would recommend this 100% and cannot wait to be back in town to eat here again. If you do come, please do yourself a favor and try the steak - sure, you’ll be forever spoiled by it and won’t ever step inside another steak restaurant, but it will be worth it.“

“5 stars all around. The food was absolutely amazing. Flavors I never thought about combining like melon , basil, coriander, and capers in the Summer Fruit Carpaccio. The balsamic and cherry Italian soda sounded unusual, but worked so well together. Corn pasta out of this world. Sublime sandwiches. Caramelized banana split dessert was fantastic.
But above all the fantastic food, what made this place special was the chef Michael. We came in for dinner, and mentioned that we were thinking about coming for lunch the next day. I have a sesame allergy and inquired if they had any bread without sesame seeds. He said, no problem, we have a breakfast roll with poppy seeds.
The next day I came in, and he had specially baked the normal sandwich bread for me without sesame seeds, without me even asking. On top of the nice gesture, the sandwich was delicious. Cannot recommend this place enough.“

“Great coffee - but the best are the fresh baked pastries. Today was kolache day. Better than any kolache in West, Texas. The owner is also fantastic - if she doesn't have what you want, she will direct you to another place where you can get what you what. Highly recommended - but come early for breakfast so you have lots of choices!
Vegetarian options: lots of fruit options, most of menu is veg“

“Please: don't go to the other Mexican restaurant (Angel something) which is a disaster, in contrast, this one is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is very fresh! You can see the happy cooks making the tortillas on the spot, and if you're lucky like me, meet the owner in person. She is about to open another restaurant in Alpine, I wish her the best of luck!“

“Went for some food and drinks. It's pretty good food! I had the pepperoni pizza with hot wings while ordering an old fashioned. My friends enjoyed their meals and drinks! Seating is typically first come first serve so can be an issue if it's crowded during festival times“

“This place is a gem. Everyone in town knows that it’s the place for a great breakfast/brunch, but don’t sleep on the evening menu, it’s small and curated and everything is prepared with quality ingredients and the upmost skill and care. Excellent food with excellent service. Highly recommended.“

“We were recently back and had dinner. I was very disappointed with the chili relleno plate. It was a cold dish, and the rice was overcooked. And my glass of wine was not a "proper pour." The business must have changed hands because it is definitely not the same. The food was much better when it was managed by others in the past. Hope they improve on the food because it's a nice place to relax, have a few drinks and dine.“

“We enjoyed the small plates especially the bruschetta, crab cakes, crispy shrimp and tenderloin steak nachos. The Greek salad was also excellent.
Parking: If there is not a place to park on the street there is a lot across the street all free parking.“
