I was here for lunch and it was so good it made me want to come back for dinner. Absolutely incredible sandwiches with amazing fresh baked bread. My daughters had Italian sodas with their meal and the flavors were spot-on refreshing. We managed to get in just before they sold out of major items, so we considered ourselves lucky. Great spot to come once and then return to every chance you get.
Great place for lunch in Marfa! If you're there on a day they're open, which is typical of Marfa. Plan ahead. Pasta made on site. Bread made on site outdoors in a big oven. Gelato made on site. All served on an outdoor patio, or take away. All excellent and reasonably priced. Fresh made pasta dishes, sandwiches, and salads using local ingredients where possible, named after local scalawags (apologies Mark, JD, et al). Nice touch. Been there many times. Hope to go many more times.

The best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life….I’m not sure what I ordered. I asked the cashier to pick her two favorites. The homemade bread is phenomenal- the sesame seeds made it over the top. Great wine list. The chop salad was wonderful.My one regret is not trying the gelato- I was too full.It is dog friendly.
