“Great coffee - but the best are the fresh baked pastries. Today was kolache day. Better than any kolache in West, Texas. The owner is also fantastic - if she doesn't have what you want, she will direct you to another place where you can get what you what. Highly recommended - but come early for breakfast so you have lots of choices!

“I had received a bag of the Brasilian roast! It arrived to the middle of rural American in 2 days. The beans were perfect! The aroma was heavenly through the shipping box. We ground the beans for an Italian espresso machine and brewed this roast. Hints of cherries and toffee. So smooth and extremely drinkable. The only problem was that it was so so good, that we drank through the bag in less than 2 days. Highly recommend buying coffee from here, as you will not be disappointed!“

“Nice. Good open atmosphere and seating. Whether inside or out. Service good. Food good. Got the Verde Posole soup. Really good. Now the salsa and chips need to be improved. Salsa was more like a garnish for a dish, entree. Need to make it like a rough chopped pico or chunky salsa sauce. That would be only improvement I recommend.“

“Haven’t been here, but leaving a review to balance out the guy who left a not great review and complained about “not understanding” the tipping etiquette. Also fun and ironic when he talks about how he didn’t know tipping at a “self-service” place was a thing, and then in the same breath mentions someone making his food and bringing it to him. That is the exact opposite definition of self-service my friend!!!!!“
