Ordered through app when I got there the sandwiches weren't ready. Guy said he hadn't even started yet and there was quite a few ppl. Low on staff I guess. I understood, told him I'd come back. When I returned 10 min later my sandwiches were being made. They apologized and I understood.

Don’t let looks fool you. While this may be the only building in Marion that doesn’t look like it’s falling apart and full of termites, that doesn’t mean the service is actually good. I ordered 2 subs on the subway app to be picked up from this location. I went in a few minutes after the pickup time (which was 25 minutes after I placed the order) and there were no subs made. I waited about 10 more minutes and they still were not being made so I asked the staff member what was happening. He told me he was busy with other customers and I needed to wait until he was finished with them. He was taking at least 8 minutes to make a single non toasted simple sub so I knew I would be waiting another 35 minutes just for him to start making mine. I wouldn’t wait that long for a steak from a Michelin star restaurant so subway is definitely NOT worth it. I decided to get a refund instead of risking food poisoning. Hire more people and get rid of the unprofessional tortoise. 0/5 stars.

Good, getting closer to what it used to be but still inconsistent sometimes in the quality. The abundance of decent competition makes it a tough choice.

Great place to eat. Girl at counter(with the bright blue eyes.), best service I’ve gotten in ages! Give her a raise!
A little slow at lunch time, you should definitely except a wait. The staff is great though and my food has always been good.
Gotta love a clean made sandwich!
They seem to keep everything in order instead of Subway quality and friendly staff too.
