Holy moly! This place is too good. The red sauce is extraordinary, and the pico is chunky and cilantro generous (oh, joy), and the corn tortillas are thicc!!! I’ve been on a 2X2 bean & cheese and potato & egg kick for a hot minute and I tried one other shop in town - they’re good, but El Vaquero is better. My only problem is that they close at 1:30pm. Quality demands punctuality, I suppose. Don’t expect pictures - I’m too busy eating when I get this hungry!

Food is great. But they should change their hours to closing at 1330. Been several times at 1335 and they were closed.

Very poor customer service. I ordered beef quesadillas and I received chicken. When I called to kindly ask for a replacement, the lady was rude and told me that I didn’t order beef. However, even my friends were there to hear me when I ordered beef over the phone. I’m never coming to this place again nor do I recommend it to anyone.
