I had my daughters show pig processed at Jurek's. The price was very reasonable and they did a very good job cutting all of the steaks.
I also had the bacon and ham cured that came out amazing..
I will diffenitly be going back next year.

I honestly think you do not get your meat back and they tend to mess up on orders alot....I had 20lbs of slim Jim's made and when I picked it up...they gave us way more ground meat than we were expecting and it was frozen...they couldn't find our slim jims so they go to the back and come back with 10 packs of slim jims that were not frozen...when we got home I weighed the slim jims and it was less than 10lbs...So I think he gave our order away and gave us someone else's to make...read full review
