The staff there are friendly. I used to go every morning before I saw a rat in the food preparation area, and an employee in the drive through held his pet rabbit as he prepared, and served food to the customers! I have not been back since!
I got a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. The hash browns were only warm and little too soggy with grease. That tells me that their deep fryer wasn't turned up high enough.
The breakfast included a coffee but since I can't drink coffee I asked if I could get a substitute. They didn't seem prepared for that question but in the end they gave me a kids-size cup so I could get some soda.
Other than that, the place seemed clean...

I wish they would make the food by order and not hold so much. A customer can tell when the food is not fresh. And please get rid of the tanks of ketchup. Customers don't trust that they are cleaned and restocked regularly. They certainly look gross.
