They always forget pieces of your order for to go and unless you’re actually sitting in the restaurant only then is the service actually decent. For example, they forgot my drink and sauce for my order and before I could ask, their employee was already walking away. Not the first time, and I guarantee this isn’t a one time thing.
We had been seated; but, the waitress kept us waiting and we finally got up to leave. But, the manager, Ebony, convinced us to stay. She was sincere and kind, we sat back down. Maybe the waitress was overwhelmed; but, she needs more training. Thank you Ebony for being professional and kind..

This location has an admittedly deserved horrible reputation. However, they have a new general manager and I am holding out hope that she will be able to turn this place around. One of the biggest problems I see with this place is a lot of employee turnover. Having constant new wait staff at any restaurant is not a good thing. It’s worth noting that most restaurants in town are begging for people to come work for them so that’s a factor here as well.
