chicken fried stack is best I ever had most tender we ever had
Catfish Express catered an event for us and it was fabulous. It was a group of around 50 people at a private residence. They cooked on site so the food was fresh, hot, and best catfish dinner ever. They arrived on time, set up, and were flexible to our schedule. The cost for the dinner was very reasonable, in fact I believe it was less expensive than if we had any other catering.
