“As always, it was great. This Chick Fil A is located on the ETBU campus in the Ornelas student center. Best entrance is on west side of building. There is no drive thru, it is walk in only service. The hours of operation are short and sporadic because it is on a college campus. I hope they build one on Hwy 59 in Marshall soon so we don't have to jump through hoops just to get this tasty food.“
“I had a flat while going through the drive thru. The manager personally came out to see if there was anything he could do. He not only supplied me with his personal lug wrench, he got a friend of his to bring a jack and a 12 volt pump to inflate the spare. Oh, and of course the food was great and the service friendly, prompt and courteous.“
“This location always gets my order correct. I have rarely had to wait on any food and if I do they give a gift card for a free entree in the future. Try some Mac n cheese and put some chick fil a sauce on it.
