Love coming here on satudays. Staff is friendly, everything is clean, and the portions are large. Its cost effective as you have enough for another meal when you are full. Never had any issues with their cooking either. Reminds me of eating at my grandparent house. Always stories being told which makes the place feel like home.
Got the special of a day which includes a regular sandwich, chips and a drink for $10.50.
Food was amazing and the server was great. Only negative thing is they over charged me for my food. Charged me 12.44. I asked the lady at the front desk and she told me that they charged me right and if I pay with cash it would be cheaper. I told her the issue still wasn’t fixed. A shame. We stopped in for lunch. I had the Porky Pig sandwich with loaded mashed potatoes. The pork was very tender and tasty. The BBQ sauce was spicy and seemed hot sauce based. The loaded mashed potatoes were on point. My husband had the fried catfish sandwich and loaded mashed potatoes. He stated it was delicious. The server and cashier were very nice. I'm glad we stopped in.
